What you need to know

WHAT IS THE PROCESS?

The process is simple!
Schedule a consultation. At the consultation, our designer and installer take some measurements, give some options and take your ideas. Then we get sketch your design and once it is approved by you, we prepare the quote! That's all.

WHAT ARE YOUR WAIT TIMES?

Expect to receive your quote or images of your design 1-5 days after the initial consultation.

Once your down payment is received, material is typically available within 2-3 weeks. The installation is scheduled within that time frame as well.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Cash, Money Order, Zelle or Chase Quickpay at this time.

DO YOU OFFER WARRANTY?

Of course we do! All of our material has a lifetime warranty. If for any reason your unit is damaged, as long as you were not the cause or due to water, then we will replace it.

Note: The warranty is for the unit at the location it was initially installed only.
